With the Christmas lights now being switched on in towns and cities across the UK, I am feeling incredibly festive right now. It’s hit me like a big red festive bus. One of my favourite things to do at Christmas is to go Christmas shopping. I love finding amazing gifts for people and seeing their faces when they open them on Christmas day. Not everyone is the same as me though. My mum and my husband both ask for a list of ideas for me for Christmas to make it as easy as possible for them. Makes it seem like I’m difficult to shop for when actually I am super easy! Anyway, I thought it would make a great blog to show you all some of my Christmas Wish List.
Super Mario Odyssey
The hubby keeps trying to convince me to get Super Mario Odyssey early because he wants to play it. But I’ve said to him a million times and I’ll say it again now – there is NOTHING better than getting a new Super Mario game at Christmas. It’s so magical for me especially since it’s not like Super Mario games come around that often.
Beth Behrs – The Total Me-Tox
We’re all quite naughty when it comes to our diets at Christmas. We get tons of sweets and stuff our faces through until New Year when the ‘New Year, New Me’ ritual begins. I’ve been trying to eat better this year and while I have made improvements, I still have a long way to go. My biggest issue is that I hate anything green so I think this book could be really beneficial to me.
Star Wars – Phasma
Although I have tons of books already that I still need to read, I am desperate to get through all of the books from the Star Wars canon. With The Last Jedi hitting cinemas soon, more novels have hit the shelves that fills in the spaces and background of some characters. Phasma is a really interesting character in the Star Wars universe and I’d like to learn more about how she joined The First Order and raised up in the ranks. Hardcover only though folks, I don’t do paperbacks.
Bobs Burgers Season 7
I have to thank my husband for introducing me to Bobs Burgers, the most underrated animation show on television. It’s miles better than The Simpsons, American Dad and Family Guy. Each member of the Belchers family is hilarious in the own way but the mum Linda is my favourite. I haven’t seen any of season 7 so I would like to remedy that as soon as possible with some help from Santa.
Paul Hewitt Bracelet
I bought a lovely Paul Hewitt bracelet a while ago and I really love it. It’s black and silver which goes really well with my Daniel Wellington watch that my parents bought me for my 30th. So I’d like to add to my collection with another colour and I absolutely love this brown leather bracelet with the gold anchor. It’s so stylish.
Star Wars Battlefront 2
The first Battlefront game on Playstation 4 was one of my favourite games of the last couple of years. And I’ve been looking forward to the sequel for ages! I enjoyed the demo although there were some things I didn’t like about it and then there’s this whole micro-transaction nonsense they’ve created. It’s an absolute joke. You pay £60 for a game and then can pay your way to victory? No thanks. But it’s also Star Wars and I LOVE Star Wars so I do still want it. I just hope the micro-transactions never come back.
What is on your Christmas wish list? What are you hoping Santa brings you on 25th December? Let me know in the comments below and as always, thanks for reading!
